To support students in bridging the gap between academic learning and professional readiness, the Student Placement
Commitee organized an exclusive Career Guidance Program on 25th July 2025. The session aimed to provide students
with expert guidance on resume building, job market preparedness, and internaGonal hiring trends.
The event was conducted in LT1003 (Phase-03) and witnessed an enthusiasGc turnout of both students and faculty.
The session was designed to be interacGve, pracGcal, and forward-looking by equipping students with insights into
real-world recruitment dynamics and career development strategies.
The event was anchored by two student members of the Placement Commi:ee, who managed the flow of the session
with confidence and professionalism. The event began with a warm welcome extended to the esteemed speaker,
faculty members, and students.
To mark the beginning of the session, Ms. Farheen Fa+ma, Placement and Marke+ng Officer, presented a planter to
the guest speaker, Ms. Mizbah Fa+ma, as a token of appreciaGon and respect for her Gme and willingness to guide
students from her experience. The Dean & Head of Integral Business School, Dr Rajiv Ranjan graced us with his
presence at the event.

Session Highlights
The session delivered by Ms. Mizbah Fatima was rich with real-world examples, acGonable insights, and Gps customized
for students preparing to enter today’s compeGGve job landscape. A total of approximately 100 students a:ended the
event from BBA and MBA. The event was also a:ended by various faculty members.
Following the presentaGon, an interacGve Q&A session was held where students engaged acGvely and confidently. Ms.
Fatima responded with clarity, encouragement, and useful Gps tailored to the students’ queries. This part of the session
was especially appreciated, as it fostered open dialogue and meaningful discussion.
The event concluded with an inspiring closing speech by Dr. Rajiv Ranjan, Dean and Head of Integral Business School.
In his address, Dr. Ranjan highlighted the importance of career planning, so] skill development, and global awareness
in today’s workforce. He commended Ms. Mizbah Fatima for her valuable contribuGons and thanked her on behalf of
