The Doctoral Programme in Management (DPM) at the Integral Business School (IBS), Integral University, is a premier research Programme designed to cultivate future thought leaders and management experts. PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
The DPM is a 100-credit Programme structured in three distinct phases.
Phase I
Coursework (12 Credits): In the first semesters, scholars’ complete mandatory coursework covering Research Methodology, Research and Publication Ethics, and a discipline-specific subject paper. A minimum of 55% is required to pass each course.
Phase II
Research Progression (88 Credits): After coursework, scholars begin their research, which is monitored through biannual Research Degree Committee (RDC) meetings. These meetings assess progress from topic finalization to data analysis.
Phase III
Dissertation and Evaluation The final phase includes a pre-Ph.D. presentation (open defence) and the submission of the final thesis, which is contingent upon fulfilling the publication requirement.
ADMISSION AND FEES
- Eligibility: Applicants need a Master’s degree in a relevant field with at least 55% marks and must have qualified for the NET/JRF (UGC/CSIR) or the Integral University PhD Entrance Test.
- Process: The selection involves an online application, an entrance test (for non-NET/JRF candidates), and a personal interview.
