A Hands-On Online Training in People Analytics Tools was conducted for the MBA (2nd Year) students of Integral Business School on 24th August 2026. The session focused on developing practical knowledge of HR Analytics, with particular emphasis on Power BI and Excel Pivot Tables as effective tools for analyzing and visualizing HR data. The session was conducted by Dr. Pooja S. Kushwaha, PhD, MCA, MBA (Computer Management), IBM Certified Trainer, Professor of Business Analytics at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore. With over 20 years of experience in Business Analytics, Dr. Kushwaha specializes in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Digital Analytics.
