Dr. Rizwana Atiq
Associate Professor, Department of Management, Integral Business School
Dr. Rizwana Atiq earned a Ph.D.in Business Management from the Department of
Commerce and Business Management, Integral University. She also has a M.Sc.
from Lucknow University. Her bachelor’s degree is from Isabella Thoburn College.
Dr. Rizwana Atiq has received the National Award for Outstanding Woman
Educator Scholar Award in the field of Business Management by the National
Foundation of Entrepreneurial Development in the 11th National Women’s Day
award function.
She also received a certificate for being the Gold Performer for
“Courseware Creation using Moodle for Outcome based Education conducted by the
department of ECE under the aegis of HRD Centre, IU. She received certificate of
Excellence by IIT Bombay for being amongst the top 320 performers from a total of
1571 certified participants in the FDP organized by IIT Bombay. She also received
best paper award at XIII Annual International Seminar on Ethics, Morality and
Spirituality organized by Delhi School of Professional Studies & Research.
She has published a book titled “Consumer Behaviour and Decisions and has edited
two books. She has 45 publications, which include research papers in UGC, Scopus
indexed and peer reviewed journals. She also has publications in International
Conference Proceedings which include Springer Proceedings and InCACCT, She has
designed 2 value added courses and has been instructor for 3 value added courses.
She has presented 32 papers at National and International forums and has
participated in 36 FDPs, workshops and STCs.
She has cleared German proficiency from Lucknow University and from Max Muller
Bhawan. She has also cleared Sanskrit exams from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan with
distinction grade. She was awarded the first prize in science quiz organized by Birbal
Sahani Institute of Paleobotany. She has worked with A.T Kearney before she started
her teaching career. She is life time member of Lucknow Management Association.
She is a member of the Proctorial Board of the University, she has been a member of
the Women Grievance Cell and is member of NAAC and NBA team in the department.
She has organized several programs in the department like birthday of Sardar Vallabh
Bhai Patel, Road Safety Day, Youth Day, Girl Child Day, Environment Day, Central
Excise Day, International Women’s Day, guest lecture on Waste management, eseminar on Mission Shakti, National Education Day and many more.
