Amisha Srivastava is an accomplished hospitality educator with a strong academic background and professional experience in hospitality education, human resource management, and hotel operations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. Hotel and Hospitality Administration from Chandigarh Group of Colleges and a Master’s degree in Hospitality Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Lucknow. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Babu Banarasi Das University.
She began her academic career as a Faculty Member at Inspire Living Management Academy, where she developed her expertise in teaching, student mentoring, and hospitality education. Her academic journey has been complemented by practical industry exposure through her industrial training at Taj Mahal, which provided valuable insights into hotel operations, service standards, and the professional practices of the hospitality industry.
She subsequently served as an Assistant Professor at Sanskriti University, contributing to teaching, student mentoring, curriculum-related activities, and academic development. Currently, she is associated with Integral University, where she is actively engaged in teaching, academic responsibilities, student development, and the advancement of hospitality education.
With a combination of academic expertise, industry exposure, and teaching experience, Amisha Srivastava is committed to fostering experiential learning and developing industry-ready hospitality professionals. Her areas of academic interest include Hospitality Management, Human Resource Management, Service Management, Hospitality Education, and Employee Development. She is passionate about integrating academic knowledge with industry practices to enhance students’ professional competencies and prepare them for successful careers in the hospitality sector.
