Dr. Yasir Bin Hasan

Dr. Yasir Bin Hasan is alumnus of Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi from where he has completed his Master in Business Administration. He is Bachelors in Commerce from Lucknow Christian College, Lucknow University. Completed his Ph.D from BBD University, Lucknow where his research topic was “Analysis of Value Creation through Financial Synergies from Merger and Acquisition in Indian Banking Sector”.
Currently working as a Associate Professor (Level-II) at Department of Business Management, Integral Business School. Dr. Yasir Bin Hasan is an experienced Management Academic, and Higher Education Professional with more than a decade of experience in teaching, academic administration, curriculum development, student mentoring, research, accreditation, and institutional development. He brings a unique blend of academic expertise and professional industry experience of 18 years, enabling him to integrate contemporary corporate practices with management theories and classroom learning.
Dr. Hasan has made significant contributions to curriculum development and academic restructuring, including designing, reviewing, and updating curricula and teaching methodologies in alignment with National Education Policy (NEP) guidelines. He has been involved in academic audits, review of credit systems and teaching methodologies, and institutional accreditation-related activities. His academic responsibilities have also included serving as a Member of the Board of Studies for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. He has extensive experience in student mentoring, academic counselling, career development, internships, dissertations, and project guidance. His academic administration experience extends to examination management, ERP coordination, academic planning, seminars, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, and industry-academia interactions. He served as Assistant Centre Superintendent for university examinations for seven years and worked as ERP Faculty Coordinator, providing training and support related to academic scheduling, faculty allocation, subject allocation, timetable management, and examination-related processes. Dr. Hasan has actively contributed to NAAC and institutional quality initiatives, including activities related to Programme Objectives, Course Objectives, result analysis, scholarship analysis, ERP management, and academic documentation. His experience in academic quality assurance and accreditation complements his broader expertise in institutional development and governance. His academic achievements include recognition with the Best Faculty Award in 2019.
Previously Dr. Hasan has served as a Deputy Manager - Training and Development at Era’s Lucknow Medical College and Hospital, Era University, Lucknow and began his corporate career with Bank of America, N.A., Gurgaon, where he worked as a Team Lead in the Investment Group – Knowledge Service Centre. His responsibilities included financial analysis and reporting, asset allocation and portfolio analysis, quality assurance, performance management, employee training, risk and audit coordination, and client and stakeholder interaction His corporate contributions were recognized through multiple awards, including Silver and Bronze Awards for Exceptional Contribution and a Certificate of Merit for Exceptional Performance.
